As a Technical Product Manager you will:
- Shape the vision and roadmap of our low-code backend platform.
- Drive technical product decisions that impact major financial institutions.
- Lead cross-functional teams in delivering complex technical features.
- Transform financial services through innovative low-code solutions.
- Define and measure key platform success metrics.
- Own the product roadmap for our low-code backend platform.
- Translate complex technical requirements into clear product specifications.
- Lead technical discovery sessions with enterprise clients.
- Write detailed technical specifications for engineering teams.
- Drive architecture and design decisions alongside senior engineers.
- Manage sprint planning and execution with engineering teams.
- Coordinate cross-team dependencies and technical integrations.
- Define and track technical success metrics.
You’ll be a great fit if you:
- 5+ years of product management experience with technical products.
- Expertise in:
- RESTful API design and implementation.
- Database architecture and SQL, including query optimization.
- Authentication and security patterns.
- System scalability principles and integration architectures.
- Performance optimization.
- Backend development workflows and system design.
- Experience with low-code/no-code platforms.
- A track record of leading technical teams.
- A background in financial services technology.
- Strong technical documentation skills.
- Clear technical communication skills and strong technical decision-making capabilities.
