As a Sr. UI Designer you will:
- Define and evolve our design system architecture to create scalable design patterns for complex technical workflows
- Drive consistency and efficiency across the platform by bridging the gap between design and engineering
- Shape the future of low-code interface design while architecting and maintaining a comprehensive design system
- Create, document, and maintain reusable component libraries, design tokens, and variables
- Establish intuitive design patterns and high-fidelity prototypes for complex features and technical interfaces
- Develop user flows for enterprise use cases and optimize interfaces for efficiency and usability
- Partner with engineering on component implementation and collaborate with product on feature specifications
- Enable smooth design-to-development handoffs and mentor junior designers on effective system usage
You’ll be a great fit if you have:
- 7+ years of product design experience with a proven track record in building design systems
- A strong portfolio showcasing design system architecture, component libraries, technical interfaces, and enterprise applications
- Experience designing technical products and working with modern design tools (Figma required)
- A solid grasp of frontend development principles, component-based architecture, design tokens and variables, design-to-code workflows, technical constraints, and responsive design patterns
- Expert knowledge in design systems architecture, component design patterns, information architecture, interaction design, visual design, typography, color theory, and layout principles
Bonus points if you have:
- Familiarity with emerging design trends
- Cross-functional collaboration experience
