As a Sr. QA Engineer you will:
- Architect and implement a comprehensive testing strategy, including unit, integration, and end-to-end testing.
- Design and maintain automated test frameworks using TypeScript and modern testing tools.
- Establish testing standards, best practices, and documentation for the engineering organization.
- Build and lead a high-performing QA team, including hiring, mentoring, and professional development.
- Collaborate with development teams to integrate testing into the development lifecycle.
- Implement test automation for their low-code platform, ensuring quality across configurable components.
- Design and maintain continuous integration pipelines for automated testing.
- Create and manage testing environments that mirror production scenarios.
- Develop metrics and reporting systems to track testing coverage and effectiveness.
- Work closely with product and development teams to ensure high-quality standards are met.
You’ll be a great fit if you:
- Have a minimum of 6 years of experience in QA automation with TypeScript.
- Possess extensive experience in designing and implementing end-to-end testing frameworks.
- Have a strong background in integration testing methodologies.
- Have proven experience establishing unit testing strategies and developer workflows.
- Have leadership experience in building and managing QA teams.
- Demonstrate deep understanding of testing principles and methodologies.
- Have hands-on experience with test automation frameworks such as Cypress, Playwright, Jest, and Testing Library.
- Are familiar with continuous integration and deployment practices.
- Have experience testing complex web applications and distributed systems.
- Understand low-code platforms and their unique testing challenges.
Bonus points if you:
- Have experience with API testing frameworks and security testing principles.
- Have worked in cloud testing environments (AWS).
- Have experience testing microservices architectures.
