As a Sr. DevOps Engineer you will:
- Build and maintain the platform’s infrastructure on AWS, ensuring scalability, security, and reliability.
- Collaborate with developers to integrate cloud solutions and infrastructure seamlessly into the product.
- Be on-call to promptly address and resolve critical failures, ensuring minimal service disruption.
- Automate processes to reduce bottlenecks and dependencies, enhancing service continuity.
- Engage in infrastructure planning, contributing to roadmaps and sprint planning.
- Lead and scale the infrastructure and DevOps team as the company grows.
- Enhance team productivity by optimizing the development environment, leveraging AI-driven solutions to streamline workflows.
You’ll be a great fit if you:
- Extensive experience in cloud computing (AWS, GCP) and cloud architecture.
- Strong proficiency in Linux systems (bash scripting, terminal skills) and infrastructure security.
- Hands-on experience with logging, monitoring, and alerting systems.
- A proven track record of scaling systems and working with SLAs on enterprise products.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Experience leveraging AI-powered automation tools to improve infrastructure efficiency.
- Strong communication skills in both English & Spanish and a collaborative mindset.
Bonus points if you:
- Are familiar with SoC2 and other certification processes.
- Have hands-on experience with NodeJS, JavaScript, and NestJS.
- Have practical knowledge of SQL and PostgreSQL databases.
