Description
We’re looking for an experienced Data Engineer to build, manage, and maintain a robust data infrastructure (ETL) for collecting vast amounts of financial data. 🪂💻💹

Requirements
At least 4 years of experience in building ETL and working with the following technologies and tools:

- Google Cloud Platform (GCP)

- Excellent Communication Skills
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities and Technologies:
- Implement and manage ETL processes using Python (Pandas).
- Optimize workflows within GCP (Composer, Cloud run …)
- Work with Cloud SQL and PostgreSQL to manage and query large datasets.
- Integrate new data sources and map to existing datasets.
- Develop APIs using FastAPI to enable data access and integration.
- Implement caching solutions using Redis or Memcached.
- Manage version control and CI/CD pipelines with GitLab.
Recruitment Process
- 15-min introductory call where we explain our product vision to see if we align with candidate’s interests.
- 30-min call with our engineer to explain the backend architecture and to get understanding of candidate’s experience.
- A paid 2-weeks test task to vet candidate’s skills.
