🚀 The Role

Reporting to the Information Systems Security Director, you will take on the role of SecOps Manager.
You will be responsible for implementing and maintaining security policies across cloud and on-premise solutions, with a strong focus on incident handling in collaboration with the SOC.

This role also involves managing a team of internal staff and external service providers, while working closely with the Infrastructure, DevOps, and Security teams.

🔐 Key Responsibilities

Operational Security:

• Ensure the security and operational integrity of the information system.

• Provide Level 2 & 3 expertise in handling security incidents.

• Oversee access control, encryption, auditing, patching, and vulnerability management.

• Govern IT risk: manage vulnerability backlogs and application obsolescence.

• Build a continuous improvement model from detection to resolution phases.

• Automate detection and response processes for improved risk management.

• Implement necessary fixes based on internal and external PenTests.

• Collaborate with the SOC for in-depth analysis and remediation of security events.

• Analyze Cyber Threat Intelligence (CTI) reports and deploy action plans.

• Propose and implement new detection use cases to enhance system-wide security.

• Ensure compliance with ISO 27001 standards.

Team Management:

• Lead and supervise a team of internal staff and external consultants.

• Monitor project progress, deadlines, priorities, and budgets.

• Coordinate service providers to meet security requirements.

• Host regular team meetings and resolve issues proactively.

• Provide technical and methodological support to ensure high performance.

✅ Your Profile

🎓 Education: Master’s degree in IT (Bac+5 or equivalent)
🧠 Experience: 5 to 8 years in a similar role, including team or vendor management
🌍 Languages: Professional English required
