Salary: Approx. 2 million RMB/year (60%–70% base + 30%–40% performance-based commission & bonus) – Negotiable & open
Contract Type: Local third-party agency contract (until in-country entity is established)
Work Model: 100% Remote

As part of their strategic growth in Europe, our client is seeking an entrepreneurial and results-driven Sales Director to lead market operations in Germany, France, or the Central and Eastern European (CEE) region.
About the Role:
The Sales Director (Country Manager) will be responsible for launching and scaling the offline sales network in their assigned region. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape local market strategy, build a regional team from the ground up, and drive sustainable growth in a fast-paced international environment.
The successful candidate will work closely with the global HQ while enjoying the autonomy and responsibility to establish a strong market presence in their region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of the offline sales network strategy.
- Design and implement go-to-market and brand positioning plans tailored to the local market.
- Identify and manage dealers, distributors, and strategic key accounts.
- Establish and oversee regional sales policies, targets, and budgets.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with local business stakeholders.
- Conduct market research, monitor competitive trends, and gather product feedback.
- Recruit, train, and manage a local sales team to support growth initiatives.
- Collaborate with global teams in product development, logistics, and marketing.

Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in offline sales within consumer electronics, tools, or home appliances.
- Proven success in channel development, sales team leadership, and target achievement.
- Minimum 3 years of experience managing a team of 10 or more people.
- Fluency in English and Chinese (written and spoken) is required; additional European languages are a plus.
- Strong local market knowledge and well-established business networks.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and strategic in approach.
- Must be legally eligible to work in Germany, France, or a CEE country.
