Regional Sales Manager – Aerospace

🔧 Job Description

  • Gain in-depth knowledge of the company’s products, applications, and strategic focus.

  • Build strong customer relationships through regular and effective outreach, providing value to gain a competitive edge.

  • Maintain key information on customer organizations, decision-makers, and business goals.

  • Stay up to date with the global aerospace market, including OEM and Aftermarket channels.

  • Propose and implement strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets.

  • Maintain existing contracts while expanding the territory through market share growth, new customer acquisition, and introduction of new applications.

  • Analyze each business situation competitively; support long-term agreement (LTA) negotiations from both a commercial and contractual perspective.

  • Deliver high-level customer service through thorough communication and coordination between customer needs and internal teams.

  • Regularly update written summaries about customer activity for senior management.

  • Comply with company policies on forecasting, expense reporting, and business ethics.

  • Lead, coach, and support team members as needed.

  • Experience working with purchasing, engineering, and program management teams.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong planning and project management capabilities.

  • Ability to solve problems and provide technical and commercial business solutions.

  • Analytical thinking to turn data into actionable insights and communicate results.

  • Able to identify trends and strategic opportunities aligned with company goals.

  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, energetic, and professional.

  • Proven experience in aerospace bearing or component sales.

  • Leadership and team management skills are essential.


🎓 Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree

  • Experience: 5+ years in a relevant field

  • Language: English – Native or Bilingual

  • Preferred Skills:

    • Aerospace Engineering

    • Sales & Leadership

    • Avionics

    • Situational Leadership


Salary & Benefits

  • Base Salary: £70,000 – £95,000 (excluding variable)

  • Payout: Paid over 12 months

  • Additional Benefits:

    • Annual bonus based on performance

    • Other advantages (to be discussed during the interview)
