QA Analyst at Myers-Briggs

As a QA Analyst you will:
- Work with Engineering teams to gather regression requirements and develop reliable test cases.
- Perform unit, regression, and integration testing to validate software quality.
- Manage bugs by gathering critical information, classifying issues, and retesting within guidelines.
- Create, execute, and document functional, regression, and negative testing methodologies, including data integrity tests.
- Utilize and improve existing testing processes, with an emphasis on automation where applicable.
- Develop, document, and maintain functional test cases and test data validation artifacts.
- Participate in Scrum processes, including sprint planning and daily stand-ups.
- Execute manual and automated test cases, report results, and escalate potential quality issues.
- Hold and facilitate test plan/case reviews with cross-functional team members.
- Track defects using bug tracking tools like Azure DevOps.
- Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to browser compatibility, networks, and databases.
You’ll be a great fit if you:
- Have 2-4 years of hands-on experience in a QA role with proven experience in software application testing.
- Have experience preparing test plans, test strategies, and executing test cases.
- Have knowledge of SQL and relational databases for data validation testing.
- Are familiar with API testing tools like Postman and web service testing tools like SoapUI.
- Have an understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities.
- Are capable of multitasking, managing priorities, and working within tight timelines.
- Possess excellent communication skills and can collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Bonus points if you:
- Have hands-on experience with test automation frameworks.
- Have experience with Selenium WebDriver & C# for test automation.
