Job Overview
We’re seeking a detail-oriented Product Manager to support our product strategy and execution. As part of our dynamic team, you’ll play a crucial role in refining our stablecoin and payment solutions by working closely with customers, engineering, and design teams. This is an opportunity to dive deep into the world of blockchain-based financial products and help shape the future of digital payments.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the product roadmap by gathering and synthesizing customer feedback

• Conduct user research and interviews to understand customer needs and pain points

• Document and communicate user insights to product and engineering teams

• Assist in writing detailed product requirements and user stories

• Collaborate with design teams to translate customer needs into product features

• Work closely with engineering to ensure accurate implementation of product specifications

• Track and report on key product metrics and user engagement

• Participate in sprint planning and product development meetings

• Help prioritize feature development based on customer impact and business goals

• Support the product team in continuous improvement of our financial platform

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of product management or related experience

• Strong interest in fintech, blockchain, or payment technologies

• Excellent communication and analytical skills

• Ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams

• Proficiency in gathering and analyzing user feedback

• Basic understanding of agile product development methodologies

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities

Preferred Skills

• Background in financial services or technology products

• Experience with user research methodologies

• Familiarity with blockchain or cryptocurrency concepts

• Knowledge of design thinking and user experience principles

• Experience with product management tools (JIRA, Confluence, etc.)

• Basic understanding of API integration and technical product requirements

• Experience with data analysis and visualization tools
