Mechanical Technician (M/F) – Permanent Contract (CDI)

Location: Boudry, Switzerland

🎯 Job Description:

You will be responsible for the mechanical assembly of high-precision automation systems, ensuring targets in terms of deadlines and quality are met. Your responsibilities include:

• Pre-assembling base machines, standard units, and custom units

• Assembling complete automation systems

• Adjusting and fine-tuning assembly systems

• Commissioning the systems

• Installing systems at customer sites (around 30% of the year)

• Supporting the Customer Service team when needed

• Identifying technical issues and communicating solutions to project teams

👤 Candidate Profile:

• CFC (Swiss Federal Certificate of Competence) in polymechanics or equivalent mechanical training (minimum BTS; BEP accepted with relevant experience)

• Experience in assembling, commissioning, or maintaining complex automated systems

• Ability to read and interpret 2D/3D technical drawings

• Basic knowledge of electricity, automation, and/or pneumatics is a plus

• Very good command of French; English and/or German is a strong asset

• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel

• Team-oriented, problem-solving mindset

• Ability to manage priorities and take initiative

• Interest in innovation and automation technologies

• Agile, flexible, and adaptable
