Are you a driven and experienced Key Account Manager ready to take on new challenges in the DACH region? We’re looking for a dynamic individual to join a market-leading international consumer electronics company in the heart of Munich.

✨ What You Will Do:
As a Key Account Manager, you’ll manage and expand major retail accounts across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland—with a particular focus on online channels in Germany. Your goal: boost market share, build long-term client relationships, and drive sustainable sales growth.

🔧 Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail accounts in the DACH region

  • Drive sales through strategic planning, accurate forecasting, and top-notch execution

  • Identify market opportunities and implement action plans to increase revenue

  • Monitor and optimize account performance, aligning with sales KPIs

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, operations, and planning teams

  • Provide detailed reporting and data-driven sales forecasts

  • Stay on top of consumer electronics trends and suggest product expansion ideas

  • Travel regularly to trade shows and client meetings to present solutions and strengthen relationships

  • Contribute to a collaborative, high-performance work culture

✅ What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar Key Account or Sales role, preferably in consumer electronics

  • Proven ability to manage retail and e-commerce accounts

  • Fluent in German and proficient in English (written and spoken)

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills

  • Ability to prioritize, adapt, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
