Brij is a New York-based startup that empowers consumer brands to bridge the gap between physical products and digital experiences through AI-powered QR code technology.
As a Integrations Engineer you will:
- Design, develop, and maintain integrations between Brij and third-party platforms (e.g. Shopify, Salesforce, Klaviyo, NetSuite)
- Own the implementation lifecycle for new integrations, from scoping to deployment
- Collaborate cross-functionally with customer success and product teams to translate client needs into technical solutions
- Troubleshoot integration issues and ensure data accuracy and system reliability
- Build internal tools and automation to streamline integration workflows
- Maintain clear documentation for integration processes and data handling
- Stay up to date on best practices, tools, and trends in integrations and API design
- Contribute to platform scalability, monitoring, and security practices
You’ll be a great fit if you:
- Have 3–5+ years of experience in software engineering, API development, or technical integrations
- Are proficient in working with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, webhooks, JSON, and XML
- Understand authentication flows like OAuth and are comfortable with Node.js and FaaS deployments
- Have experience managing version control, CI/CD pipelines, and handling SDK upgrades/deprecations
- Know how to debug complex flows using tools like CloudWatch logs
- Have worked with ecommerce and marketing platforms such as Shopify, Klaviyo, and Salesforce
- Are familiar with integration tools like Zapier, Workato, or Prismatic
- Have experience with databases like MongoDB, Postgres, Redshift, or BigQuery
- Are collaborative, proactive, and confident building scalable and reliable integration solutions
