🚀 Role Overview
As part of the Identity & Access Management team, and under the supervision of the IAM Manager, you will ensure the operational and security maintenance of identity tools—particularly SailPoint IdentityNow and Microsoft Entra ID. You will work closely with infrastructure, operations, and security teams.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and integrate the SailPoint IdentityNow solution with business applications and platforms

  • Create workflows, rules, policies, and reports in line with business requirements

  • Set up campaigns for access reviews and entitlement certification

  • Generate reporting and analysis for continuous improvement and user experience

  • Collaborate with application owners and ensure proper IAM solution implementation

  • Work with risk and compliance teams to align with governance policies and controls

  • Troubleshoot and resolve IAM incidents, and apply corrective actions

🎓 Required Profile

  • Master’s degree in IT or equivalent

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in IAM solution architecture and operations

  • Strong experience with SailPoint IdentityNow: integration, development, support

  • Proficiency in PowerShell and Java BeanShell scripting

  • Familiarity with connectors: Active Directory (AD), LDAP, JDBC, Azure AD (Entra ID), SCIM, Web Services

  • Experience with RBAC model, access workflows, and review campaign configuration

  • Knowledge of Git, ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow), PAM (Wallix), and EPM (BeyondTrust)

  • SailPoint IdentityNow certification (Professional or Engineer) is a plus
