Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Global Sales Manager to lead international sales strategy and manage a global sales team. The ideal candidate has strong expertise in precision tooling, a proven record in business development, and the ability to expand into new markets while building long-term customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement global sales strategies

Lead, coach, and support an international sales team

Identify new markets and business opportunities
-
Maintain strong relationships with strategic clients and distributors

Monitor sales KPIs and report to top management
-
Collaborate with marketing and R&D for go-to-market alignment

Represent the company at international trade fairs and conferences

Manage budgets and negotiate partner contracts
Requirements
-
Degree in Business, Marketing, or Technical Engineering
-
Minimum 7 years of experience in technical or industrial sales, ideally in a global context
-
Proven leadership and target achievement skills

Strong communication and negotiation abilities
-
Fluent in German and English (French is a plus)

Willingness to travel internationally (approx. 50%)

Familiarity with CRM tools and performance tracking
