  The client’s first product — a fully collateralized, freely tradable USD stablecoin — is set to launch in the coming year. It aims to compete directly with major stablecoins in the market, while offering a unique value proposition, focused resource allocation, and a differentiated go-to-market strategy. The stable’s collateral will be managed by VanEck, one of the world’s largest asset managers and ETF issuers (~$80B AUM).

  Position Overview
  The client is looking for a talented and motivated Lead Front-End Engineer to join their dynamic development team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in ES6, Preact (or React), atomic and BEM-style CSS, and will play a critical role in developing and maintaining their global web app.

  Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain responsive web applications using JavaScript, ES6, Preact, and modern CSS.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy new features.

  • Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.

  • Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.

  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.

  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.

  • Troubleshoot and debug issues as required.

  Qualifications:

  • 2–5 years of professional experience in Front-End development.

  • Strong proficiency in Next.js and Tailwind.

  • Solid understanding of modern CSS (BEM and atomic CSS, Flexbox, Grid, CSS Variables, etc.).

  • Experience with state management libraries (Signals preferred).

  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling.

  • Understanding of responsive design principles.

  • Experience with version control systems, such as Git.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

  • Familiarity with the crypto and blockchain space is a plus.
