🔹 About the Role

As part of its ticketing systems renewal program, TEC is seeking an Expert in Ticketing Systems to lead the deployment of new systems and equipment. This is a strategic position combining technical oversight, operational support, and project management to ensure the success and coherence of the entire program.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Align commercial and technical decisions with TEC’s established vision and strategy.

• Internal Support: Collaborate with TEC teams to strengthen system adoption and process consistency.

• Program Management: Oversee budget, planning, and multidisciplinary teams (internal & external).

• Procurement Expertise: Contribute to drafting tender documents, supplier selection, and ensure no conflicts of interest.

• System Integration: Guarantee consistency across systems, data, and technology tools.

🔹 Candidate Profile

• Experience: 6–10 years, with proven expertise in ticketing systems projects for public transport operators.

• Strong knowledge of PSP / acquirer issues.

• Solid project management & leadership skills, with experience managing cross-functional teams.

• Expertise in public procurement and hands-on involvement in tendering processes.

• Languages: French (native), English (nice-to-have).

• Prior experience in the public sector or digital transformation projects is a strong asset.
