An established and innovative construction group is looking for a Cost Estimator with expertise in transformation and demolition works to join their team in Switzerland. This is an opportunity to work on impactful infrastructure projects, within a company that promotes autonomy, sustainability, and short decision-making processes.

🛠 Your Responsibilities

  • Develop and break down sales pricing

  • Analyze cost prices and profitability

  • Prepare public and private tender offers

  • Review and validate quantities provided in tender files

  • Draft quote requests for the pricing phase

  • Propose and quantify alternative solutions during bid submission

  • Optimize concepts proposed by project designers

  • Support project teams during execution phases

👤 Profile We’re Looking For

  • Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering (EPF/HES), or equivalent experience

  • Proven experience in cost estimation is mandatory

  • Strong technical understanding of construction, transformation, and demolition projects

  • Solid command of Microsoft Office, MS Project, and AutoCAD

  • Detail-oriented, autonomous, and persistent with a collaborative spirit

  • Confident communicator with the ability to present and justify your work to management and clients

  • Fluent in French
