🏗️ Job Description

As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a Civil Engineer specialized in structural engineering to join our multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities:

• Design and calculation of load-bearing structures (reinforced concrete, precast concrete, prestressed concrete, steel and timber frameworks)

• Preparation of technical documentation (reports, assessments, calculation notes)

• Cost management (estimates, tenders, final accounts)

• Planning and execution methods

• Technical coordination of projects

• Supervision and site execution control

👤 Candidate Profile

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in structural/civil engineering

• At least 3 years of experience in managing construction projects (residential, industrial, public facilities, or infrastructure)

• Fluent in French (spoken and written)

• Proficiency with engineering tools such as Axis and Cubus

Key Skills:

• Strong organizational and prioritization abilities

• Excellent analytical and listening skills with a high capacity to adapt

• Precision, resilience under pressure, and a continuous learning mindset

• Familiarity with SIA standards

• Technical calculation and project planning expertise

• Strong communication and teamwork skills
