Chief of Staff (Product and Engineering)

We are partnering with a fast-growing technology company to hire a Chief of Staff – Product & Engineering. This is a strategic leadership role working closely with executive leadership to improve execution, align cross-functional teams, and drive key initiatives across Product and Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with Product and Engineering leaders to drive strategic priorities and company objectives.

Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and ensure projects are delivered on time.

Improve planning, execution, and operational processes across Product and Engineering teams.

Track OKRs, KPIs, project milestones, and business performance.

Prepare executive reports, business reviews, and leadership presentations.

Identify operational bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions.

Facilitate communication between leadership, engineering, product, design, and business teams.

Support organizational planning, hiring initiatives, and continuous process improvement.

Act as a trusted advisor to executive leadership on strategic initiatives.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in Chief of Staff, Technical Program Management, Product Operations, Strategy, Consulting, or related leadership roles.

Strong understanding of software development and product development lifecycles.

Experience working closely with engineering and product organizations.

Excellent project management and organizational skills.

Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English.

Ability to manage multiple high-priority initiatives simultaneously.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.

Nice to Have

Experience in SaaS, AI, developer tools, fintech, or technology startups.

Background in software engineering or technical product management.

Experience implementing operational frameworks such as OKRs and Agile methodologies.

Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Notion, Linear, Slack, or similar collaboration platforms.
