We are seeking a dynamic and seasoned Sales Executive with 7+ years of staffing industry experience to join our fully remote national sales team. If you are looking for a niche in the staffing industry that brings innovation to how staffing services are delivered, this is a great opportunity to explore.

You will be responsible for prospecting and closing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and expanding market share across the U.S.. The role is focused on new client acquisition—ideal for a true hunter with a passion for driving growth.

Tasks

Prospect large enterprise companies (Fortune 1000) and mid-market organizations.

Manage the sales process from initial outreach to client onboarding.

Lead complex sales cycles and influence decision-makers at multiple levels.

Consistently achieve assigned sales targets.

Build and maintain excellent relationships with prospects and customers.

Represent the company at industry events and conferences.

Requirements

  • Proven success acquiring new clients in professional staffing or managed services.
  • 7+ years selling professional staffing services (IT, Finance & Accounting, Engineering, etc.) to mid-market and enterprise-level clients.
  • 3–5 years selling managed services (RPO, MSP, VMS) is a plus.
  • Strong connections within the Talent Ecosystem (TA, Procurement, MSP, CW Program leaders).
  • Established relationships with decision-makers in technology, finance, engineering, etc.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Ability to travel for industry conferences 2–3 times per year.
  • Tech-savvy; proficient with Zoom, Dynamics CRM, and MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Must be based in the United States.
