  • Strong proficiency in Rust, particularly in the context of blockchain development.
  • Deep experience with Solana
  • Passion for clean code, testing, and documentation.
  • Comfortable working in a remote, async-first team.
  • You live to build, you do not build to live
  • You can balance perfection and shipping fast
