🎯 Position Summary

We are seeking a Senior Account Manager based in Singapore to play a pivotal role in the company’s strategic shift from a traditional channel sales model to direct key account sales.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing major enterprise and public sector clients, building long-term partnerships, and driving growth for the company’s unified communication product portfolio.


🔑 Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with enterprise and public sector clients.

  • Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities to expand the client portfolio.

  • Present and promote unified communication solutions to senior stakeholders and decision-makers.

  • Manage the full sales cycle from acquisition to post-sales support.

  • Collaborate with technical and operations teams to ensure client satisfaction.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.

  • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and executive-level meetings.

  • Drive the company’s direct sales model by successfully penetrating key enterprise accounts.


✅ Requirements

Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience in telecommunications / unified communications / IT solutions.

  • Proven track record in acquiring and growing large key accounts (Fortune 500 companies, public sector organizations, telecom operators).

  • Strong background in transitioning from channel sales to direct key account management.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Technology, or Communications.

Languages

  • Chinese (fluent, oral & written) – mandatory

  • English (fluent)

Skills & Attributes

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Ability to build long-term partnerships with C-level executives.

  • Strong hunter mindset with proven success in opening new accounts.

  • Passion for technology and business communication.

  • Independent, self-driven, and results-oriented.


💡 Candidate Profile

  • Over 5–8 years of B2B sales experience in hardware/telecom solutions.

  • Direct sales experience with enterprise & public sector clients, not SMEs.

  • Proven record of developing new key accounts (not just maintaining existing ones).

  • Existing network within large enterprise clients in Singapore/SEA is a strong plus.

  • Open to all nationalities with a valid Singapore work visa or Singaporean citizens.

💰 Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary: 6,000 – 8,000 SGD/month (12 months)
