🔧 Job Description

Gain in-depth knowledge of the company’s products, applications, and strategic focus.

Build strong customer relationships through regular and effective outreach, providing value to gain a competitive edge.

Maintain key information on customer organizations, decision-makers, and business goals.

Stay up to date with the global aerospace market, including OEM and Aftermarket channels.

Propose and implement strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets.
-
Maintain existing contracts while expanding the territory through market share growth, new customer acquisition, and introduction of new applications.

Analyze each business situation competitively; support long-term agreement (LTA) negotiations from both a commercial and contractual perspective.

Deliver high-level customer service through thorough communication and coordination between customer needs and internal teams.
-
Regularly update written summaries about customer activity for senior management.
-
Comply with company policies on forecasting, expense reporting, and business ethics.
-
Lead, coach, and support team members as needed.

Base Salary: £70,000 – £95,000 (excluding variable)
