SITE MANAGER (RENOVATION & TRANSFORMATION PROJECTS)

🚧 YOUR ROLE

As a Site Manager, you will oversee and manage all phases of renovation and transformation projects:

• Technical and financial project preparation

• Worksite scheduling, resource planning, and inventory

• Daily on-site execution and coordination

• Procurement and materials supply

• Implementation and follow-up on Health, Safety, Quality, and Environmental standards

• Budget monitoring, cost estimation, reporting, and billing

• Attending site meetings and maintaining relationships with stakeholders and clients

🧩 YOUR PROFILE

• Certified Site Manager / Construction Supervisor (Swiss-recognized qualification)

• At least 5 years of on-site experience in Switzerland

• Proficient with IT tools and Baubit software

• Organized, autonomous, and proactive

• Fluent in French
