🔧 Role Overview
As a Software Technician, you will support clients in the daily use of a proprietary business solution and participate in installations and updates. You’ll be part of a collaborative 10-person client support team committed to delivering high-quality service and technical assistance.

🛠️ Your Main Responsibilities

  • Client Support: Analyze and resolve technical and functional client requests.

  • Software Configuration: Adjust software settings when necessary.

  • Deployment: Perform remote installations and updates.

  • Consulting: Guide clients to better use the software based on your knowledge and experience.

  • Product Evolution: Contribute ideas for innovation and continuous improvement.

🎓 Education & Experience

  • Education: Bac+2 to Bac+4 (e.g. BTS / DUT) in IT or related fields

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in software support or technical assistance

  • Solid understanding of SQL, programming logic, and Windows Server environments
