Position: Founding Engineer

The Opportunity
As a Founding Engineer, you’ll play a hands-on role in designing, building, and maintaining core features for our rapidly growing DeFi trading platform. You’ll be responsible for optimizing developer velocity, ensuring platform reliability, and promoting a security-first engineering culture.

What You’ll Be Doing

🔧 Product Development

• Design, build, and ship impactful features end-to-end that directly shape the user experience.

• Work across the stack—from Flutter frontends to Go backends.

⚡ Rapid Iteration

• Collaborate closely with design, product, and growth teams to test and launch ideas quickly.

🧠 User-Centric Development

• Leverage user feedback and product analytics to drive continuous improvement.

📱 Cross-Platform Engineering

• Own features across mobile and backend with a focus on clean architecture and performance.

🔒 Quality & Reliability

• Write high-quality, well-tested code and uphold best practices.

🤝 Team Collaboration

• Help shape product and technical direction alongside founders and engineers.

What We’re Looking For

• 2–4+ years of experience in product engineering or design roles.

• Strong product sense and understanding of user behavior.

• Problem-solving mindset with full ownership of scalable, robust solutions.

• Passion or experience in DeFi or blockchain technologies.

Nice to Have

• Experience building high-growth consumer mobile apps, ideally in fintech.

• Experience working in fast-scaling startup environments.

• Familiarity with Ethereum, Solana, Bitcoin, or other blockchain tech.

• Experience designing secure architectures and protocols.

💰 Compensation: $200K – $225K (plus equity)

   → Has the candidate previously worked at a company during a rapid growth phase (e.g., from startup to mid-size)?

5. Full-Stack Experience
   → Has the candidate worked as a Full Stack Engineer at a leading crypto company (especially Layer 1) or a high-growth consumer mobile app?
