Our team is building a next-generation payments, asset management, and operations platform that’s purpose-built for the transmission of value on blockchain digital rails. The company is led by Nick van Eck (prev. at General Catalyst 4+ years) and Drake Evans (ex-lead engineer at Frax Finance, the issuer of the second largest on-chain stablecoin).

Job Overview
We’re seeking an experienced Head of Product with payments experience to lead our product strategy and execution. We’ve launched a simple version of our product, and now need a customer-obsessed product leader to refine and evolve our offering. In this role, you’ll work directly with customers and the CEO to identify needs, prioritize features, and deliver an exceptional user experience for our blockchain-based financial platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap and strategy for our stablecoin and payment solutions

• Work closely with customers to gather feedback and understand their evolving needs

• Collaborate directly with the CEO to align product vision with company objectives

• Refine existing features and identify opportunities for product improvement

• Write detailed business requirements and product specifications

• Partner with engineering to ensure successful implementation of product features

• Lead user research initiatives and incorporate findings into product decisions

• Drive product decisions that balance customer needs with business objectives

• Establish metrics for product success and regularly evaluate performance

• Stay current with payment industry trends and blockchain technology advancements

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience, with significant experience in payments

• Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling financial products

• Strong understanding of payment systems, financial operations, and compliance requirements

• Experience working directly with customers and translating feedback into product improvements

• Ability to write clear, detailed business requirements and product specifications

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with engineering, design, and executive teams

• Data-driven approach to decision-making and product development

Preferred Skills

• Experience with blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies, or stablecoins

• Background in fintech or financial services

• Knowledge of user experience design principles

• Experience with agile development methodologies

• Understanding of regulatory considerations in financial services

• Background in B2B product management

• Experience building API-driven products
