💻 Position: Lead Front-End Engineer

We are looking for a talented and motivated Lead Front-End Engineer to join our dynamic development team. This is a key role in developing and maintaining our global web application.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain responsive web applications using JavaScript, ES6, Preact (or React), and modern CSS frameworks

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features

• Optimize applications for performance and scalability

• Ensure technical feasibility of UI/UX designs

• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code

• Participate in code reviews and promote best practices

• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues

🧠 Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional front-end development experience

• Strong proficiency in Next.js and Tailwind CSS

• Solid understanding of modern CSS approaches (BEM, Atomic CSS, Flexbox, Grid, CSS Variables)

• Experience with state management libraries (Signals is a plus)

• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling

• Understanding of responsive and accessible design principles

• Proficient with version control tools (Git)

• Strong problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

• Interest or experience in the crypto/blockchain space is a plus
