About the Role

Join Excellium Services as an Information Security Governance Consultant and be part of a dynamic team that values innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning. Our Information Security Governance (ISG) team helps clients strengthen their security strategies and governance frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

• Define security strategies and establish short-, medium-, and long-term security programs.
• Manage information security governance frameworks, including policies and risk management.
• Support regulatory compliance (e.g., GDPR, CSSF) and industry standards (ISO 27001, NIST CSF, CIS 20).
• Provide resilience support in areas such as BCP/DRP, incident management, and cyber crisis management.
• Conduct security maturity assessments and audits.
• Act as an advisor to clients, ensuring security becomes a core business value.

Your Profile

• Passionate about cybersecurity and governance methodologies.
• Strong knowledge of security risk management and governance frameworks.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with security standards (ISO 27001, NIST CSF, CIS 20, SWIFT, etc.).
• Relevant certifications (CISSP, CISM, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor, ISO 27005 Risk Manager) are a plus.
• Languages: Fluent in French (C1-C2) and proficient in English (B1+).
• A Master’s degree and 3+ years of experience in a related field.

Salary & Compensation

• Gross Annual Salary: €51.4k – €75.4k (+ €3.4k variable bonus)
• Fixed Salary: Based on experience (€48k – €72k)
• Variable Bonus: Based on individual and company performance
• Salary Paid Over 12 Months
