Job Responsibilities:

✅ Lead and complete front-end development projects independently.
✅ Extensive experience in platform product and app development.
✅ Strong team management skills, with experience leading 50+ developers.
✅ Ability to create and execute technical proposals for projects.

Job Qualifications:

🔹 8+ years of experience in web/H5 development with back-end knowledge.
🔹 Capable of building front-end projects from scratch, without relying on tools like Vue-CLI.
🔹 Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Node.js, and expert in React & Vue.
🔹 Deep understanding of server-side rendering and performance optimization.
🔹 Experience in micro-frontends, sandbox isolation, and cross-platform development.
🔹 Proven experience in high-traffic applications and architecture design.
🔹 Strong technical leadership, enhancing team efficiency and driving innovation.
🔹 Prefer candidates from top tech companies (Baidu, Alibaba, Tencent, etc.).
