Fuse: Reinventing auto loan origination with next-gen, no-code innovation.

As a Client Product Specialist, you will:

  • Oversee and manage all client communications across various channels, including calls, chats, and emails.
  • Assist clients with basic technical issues, guiding them through solutions using your knowledge of JavaScript and programming logic.
  • Maintain meticulous documentation and clear communication, creating well-defined tasks based on client requests and keeping all internal and external trackers up to date.
  • Own and manage the implementation and updates of client-specific financial rules and calculations within the workflow builder.
  • Follow and help establish best practices for crisis management, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of client issues.
  • Collaborate closely with the engineering team to prioritize client requests and follow up on pending tasks, ensuring all client needs are addressed promptly.
  • Participate in daily objectives and alignment meetings to set priorities and plan the day.
  • Regularly update clients on the status of their requests and financial logic, ensuring they are informed throughout the process.

You will be a great fit if you have:

  • Proven client management experience with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic technical knowledge and are comfortable discussing and troubleshooting software products.
  • Familiarity with JavaScript and basic programming concepts.
  • The ability to understand and implement complex financial logic.
  • Experience using low-code tools and working with financial institutions.
