About the Role
To strengthen our Human Resources team, we are looking for a friendly colleague who will be responsible for payroll management.
As a Payroll Officer, you will ensure the accurate and timely payment of salaries. Thanks to your meticulous follow-up and commitment to flawless administration, there will be no unexpected issues. If a problem arises, you enjoy investigating systems to find causes and solutions. Once you’ve identified an issue, you take pride in ensuring it doesn’t happen again next month!
You will be the first point of contact for your colleagues regarding payroll-related questions. They trust that you are always ready to assist them with any doubts or concerns. You understand that not everyone is familiar with payroll processes and are happy to help explain them in a clear and supportive way. Depending on the complexity, you choose the best communication method—whether face-to-face, email, intranet updates, or presentations.
Your Responsibilities
- Process working hours and absences in the time registration system (PROTIME)
- Manage data updates: personal information, salaries, transfers, career breaks (EBLOX)
- Ensure compliance with legal obligations: declarations, social documents
- Handle workplace accident declarations and follow-ups
- Manage temporary staff: contract follow-ups, performance declarations, invoice checks
- Liaise with various departments: sales, office, logistics, and external partners
- Organize and monitor medical check-ups for employees
- Analyze payroll KPIs

Your Profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience in payroll or HR administration
- Fluent in French and Dutch
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Human Resources, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of labor and social law
- Experience with Protime and/or Eblox is a plus
- Excel expert—you’re the go-to person in the team!
- A natural enthusiasm that motivates those around you
