​Job Overview And Responsibility

We are looking for an analytical, results­driven back­end developer who will work with team members to troubleshoot and improve current back­end
applications and processes. The Back­end Developer will use his or her understanding of programming languages and tools to analyze current codes
and industry developments, formulate more efficient processes, solve problems, and create a more seamless experience for users. You should have
excellent communication, computer, and project management skills.
To succeed as a back­end developer, you should be focused on building a better, more efficient program and creating a better end­user experience.
You should be knowledgeable, collaborative, and motivated.

What You Will Do

­ Developing ideas for new programs, products, or features by monitoring industry developments and trends
­ Collaborating with the front­end developers and other team members to establish objectives and design more functional, cohesive codes to enhance
the user experience
­ Taking lead on projects, as needed

Required Skills and Experience

­ You have a bachelor’s degree in computer programming, computer science, or a related field with 7+ years of experience in this field
­ You have strong expertise in Python, including proficiency in frameworks like Django, Postgres SQL to build scalable, secure, and efficient APIs for
dynamic applications
­ You can speak English well
­ You have experience with the design and implementation of APIs
­ You have some experience with AWS
­ You are a strong problem solving and verbal and written communication skills
­ You understand code management tools such as Git
